NEW INTAKE STARTS 6th SEPTEMBER!

If you've always dreamed of learning an instrument, your local brass band is the perfect place to start as we are at the grass roots of music in your community. Our groups offer an affordable way to learn from just £4 a session (Concessions are available) and we provide the instruments. Our groups are friendly and inclusive and aim to foster a sense of community and friendship. No matter what your age, if you have a desire to learn then this is place for you.

Our adult beginners is the perrect place for all over 18s to start their journey (though you may also see our young players joining in at these sessions too, they are great at keeping us right!) All welcome, from absolute beginners. We meet at the band hut in Kirkby Stephen on Friday evenings 6-8pm. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a chat at break time. 

Our Youth band is geared towards younger people under 18 and meets at the band hut on Thursdays between 6-7pm (school term time only ).
